The team you’ll join
Marketing Operations is part of our Marketing & Business Operations team, at the heart of CybelAngel’s business performance and teams.
We bridge the gap between marketing strategy and execution, ensuring our campaigns are data-driven, our processes are optimized, and our tech stack delivers maximum impact.
The team is responsible for tracking marketing performance, identifying opportunities for optimization, and driving strategic projects across Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue teams.
Marketing & Business Operations is where strategy meets execution.
In this role, you'll have direct impact on how CybelAngel attracts, engages, and converts customers.
You'll work on high-visibility projects, gain exposure to the full marketing funnel, and develop skills that are in high demand across the tech industry.
This is not just about reporting, it's about driving growth through data, automation, and operational excellence.
What you’ll be doing as a Business Operations Analyst
Analyze and optimize marketing performance: Track, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness, lead generation, conversion funnels, and marketing ROI for leadership and stakeholders
Support strategic marketing projects: Lead operational initiatives to improve marketing efficiency, including marketing automation, lead scoring, attribution modeling, and campaign workflows
Manage and optimize the marketing and sales development tech stack: Ensure seamless integration and performance of tools like HubSpot/Salesforce, Google Analytics, marketing and sales enrichment tools, etc..
Provide level 1 support and continuous improvements
Enable data-driven decision making: Build dashboards, reports, and forecasting models to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to Marketing, Business Operations and Revenue teams
Support marketing operations and processes: Maintain data quality, implement best practices for lead management, and ensure marketing teams have the resources and workflows they need to execute efficiently
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with the rest of the Marketing & Business Operations team, as well as Product Marketing, Sales, Finance teams for example to align on goals, optimize handoffs, and maximize impact on revenue
Who you are
In the final year of your Business Management or Engineering Master's with successful experience (6-month internship, short-term contract, or more) in Consulting, Marketing or Business Operations, Growth, or in a similar position
- you have both strong marketing/sales acumen and data management skills, and like to lead analytical and technical projects to deliver on business objectives.
Previous successful experiences in project management with multiple stakeholders
- you’re able to describe a project that you led, involving multiple stakeholders from different profiles or teams, and that required you to deliver by coordinating and aligning objectives.
You're a builder at heart
- if you see a problem, you find a solution.
You don't wait for someone to tell you what to do; you proactively seek tutorials, test solutions, and make things happen.
Organized, you love bringing structure to chaos
- you thrive on turning complex problems into clear action plans, you can always state where you stand in a project or provide details on insights.
Very good communication skills (French and English)
- at ease collaborating with marketing and sales teams to optimize processes, as well as presenting data-driven recommendations.
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), Google Analytics, Salesforce is a strong plus!
At ease with AI and automation / no-code or low-code tools (Zapier, n8n, Make…) to implement strong processes and quickly turn ideas into prototypes and effective workflows.
