VOTRE MISSION
Integrated into the mergers and acquisitions team, the intern will have the following main missions:
Direct participation in the Group's financial operations (acquisitions, disposals, transversal operations) in an international context;
Valuation and financial modeling work;
Preparation of financial and strategic analyzes for the Group's various committees or decision-making bodies;
Support for the negotiation and structuring of industrial investment projects in development zones;
Monitoring the market and active players in the fields of water, sanitation and waste;
Provide support in structuring the M&A team.
VOTRE PROFIL
Higher education: business school, engineering or university (gap, end-of-studies internship after a first experience);
Mastery of financial modeling and company valuation methods (previous experience in investment banking or funds is preferred);
Autonomy, rigor, curiosity, hard work, ability to work in a team;
Fluent French and English essential;
