Pernod Ricard is looking for its future Program Management Intern for a 6-month internship starting in July 2026, based at our headquarters in Paris – The Island. You will be part of a global digital transformation program, a multi-year ERP project that aims to drive convergence, standardization, and harmonization of Pernod Ricard’s four End-to-End processes: Finance, Purchasing, Sales & Customer Management, and Operations.

This large-scale program engages multiple functions within the Group and brings together finance, operations, sales, technology, procurement, sustainability, and external partners. Your key missions As part of the Program Management Office (PMO), you will support the Program Lead and stream leaders in ensuring effective project delivery and governance: Assist the PMO Lead in tracking project status, risks, and planning Coordinate with stream leaders to manage interdependencies and communicate updates Support coordination with external vendors and monitor program deliverables Help design and maintain processes to improve project ways of working Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting minutes for program governance committees Contribute to risk management and de-risking activities across streams Assist in planning for upcoming phases including testing and roll-out Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements Support a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the program community Your profile You are currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Business, Engineering, or a related field You have a strong interest in digital transformation (ERP / SAP) and project management You are proactive, organized, and enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders You are fluent in English; French and/or Spanish would be a plus You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with agile tools such as Jira is a plus What you will gain from this internship First-hand exposure to a global ERP transformation program in a leading multinational company Experience in program and project management, working across functions and geographies Development of skills in governance, risk tracking, and process improvement An opportunity to contribute to one of the most ambitious digital transformation initiatives in the wine & spirits industry And also...
