You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8). You will support the Sustainable Procurement team in implementing its Sustainable Procurement roadmap. Your key missions: You will support the Sustainable Procurement team in day-to-day operations, including suppliers’ due diligence, assessment campaigns with EcoVadis and Sedex for suppliers at risk, and training with Pernod Ricard affiliates. You will participate in the animation of the Sustainable Procurement community: updates on Sustainable Procurement process output (KPIs evolution, assessments, and audit progress per region…), answer questions from the community… You will maintain up-to-date the Sustainable Procurement tools (EcoVadis, Sedex) user management (access, track inactive users), train newcomers, assist the Sustainable Procurement community with any questions related to the use of these tools, periodic activity reports to be shared with the Sustainable Procurement team… You will participate in the management and animation of the Supplier Performance Process: manage the process with the different category teams, issue communication to the procurement community, link with the Sustainable Procurement requirements… If you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply! You are pursuing a Master’s degree in Purchasing/Procurement/ESG or equivalent. You are fluent in English. You have good commands of Excel and PowerPoint. You have knowledge and interest in sustainable development and ESG in procurement You are autonomous, open-minded, and rigorous. You have great communication, analysis, and synthesis skills. Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
