Dans un secteur du retail en transformation, nous avons pour ambition de réinventer notre utilité aux habitants et de relever le défi de construire la plateforme mondiale de l’habitat. 🌟 CONTEXTE En tant que stagiaire International Sales & Business Development, vous contribuerez au développement de la relation entre ADEO et nos partenaires internationaux. Votre mission sera de soutenir la croissance commerciale en développant nos gammes de produits Own Brand et en garantissant une collaboration fluide entre les différentes parties prenantes internes et externes. Sous la supervision d’un Sales Manager expérimenté, vous évoluerez dans un environnement international, transversal et dynamique, avec une forte exposition à la stratégie commerciale et aux opérations globales d’un groupe leader dans l’amélioration de l’habitat. 🎯 MISSION Avec Le Soutien De Votre Tuteur, Vous Contribuerez à Développement commercial Aider à construire et mettre à jour les offres produits (gamme promotionnelle et permanente) en fonction des besoins des partenaires et de la saisonnalité.Analyser la performance commerciale et identifier des opportunités de croissance.Soutenir la promotion des gammes Own Brand auprès des comptes partenaires. Gestion de la relation partenaire Participer à la coordination de la relation commerciale entre ADEO et les entreprises partenaires.Préparer les supports pour les revues d’affaires : analyses, rapports et recommandations. Coordination interne Collaborer avec les équipes Produit, Design, Qualité, Supply Chain, Juridique et Sourcing international.Assurer un flux d’information fluide, une préparation adéquate des offres et un suivi cohérent des actions. Suivi opérationnel et logistique Intégrer les contraintes internes et logistiques dans le processus de planification des offres pour répondre aux attentes et aux délais des partenaires.Veiller à la mise à jour des gammes, partager les nouveaux développements et prendre en compte l’évolution des marchés. Partage de connaissances Contribuer à la documentation des bonnes pratiques, études de cas et success stories afin de renforcer la collaboration. 🥇 PROFIL Vous êtes étudiant(e) en école de commerce, école d’ingénieur ou université et avez un fort intérêt pour le commerce international, la gestion de projets et le retail. Your mission will be to contribute to business growth by developing our Own Brand product ranges and ensuring smooth collaboration across multiple internal and external stakeholders. Under the guidance of an experienced Sales Manager, you will evolve in an international, cross-functional and fast-moving environment, with strong exposure to commercial strategy and the global operations of a leading home improvement group. 🎯 MISSION With the support of your tutor, you will contribute to: Commercial Development Assist in building and updating product offers (promotional and permanent ranges) aligned with partner needs and seasonality.Analyse sales performance and identify growth opportunities.Support the promotion of Own Brand ranges across partner accounts. Partner Relationship Management Help coordinate the commercial relationship between ADEO and partner companies.Prepare materials for business reviews: analyses, reports, recommendations. Internal Coordination Collaborate with Product, Design, Quality, Supply Chain, Legal and international Sourcing teams.Ensure smooth information flow, proper preparation of offers and consistent follow-up on actions. Operational & Logistics Follow-Up Integrate internal and logistics constraints into the offer planning process to meet partner expectations and timelines.Ensure ranges are up to date, new developments are shared and market evolutions are taken into account. Knowledge Sharing Contribute to documenting best practices, case studies and success stories to strengthen collaboration. 🥇 PROFIL You are a student in a business school, engineering school or university with a strong interest in international business, project management and retail.
