Our mission is simple: to do more with what we already have. Are you ready to join us? The Seller Success Operations team's mission is to enable seller-facing teams to focus on high-value tasks and meet their business and quality targets.

We equip the Seller Success team with the tools, processes & resources to help them get their job done effectively and lead initiatives and automation that directly drive seller action at scale. As a Seller Success Operations Apprentice, you will be the operational backbone of seller communications at Back Market.

Your goal is to ensure our 1,500+ sellers receive timely, relevant, and high-quality communications throughout their journey on the platform — from onboarding to growth to retention. YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): Handle seller communication requests and collaborate with stakeholders to align on messaging, timing, and content for each of our channels: emails, banners and seller knowledge base.

This means reviewing and sending email campaigns and publishing help center articles to document features, policies, and best practices for seller self-service Implement and optimize automated email campaigns across the seller lifecycle from onboarding to retention, and monitor the efficiency of automated flows through KPIs (open rates, click rates, conversion rates) Support seller offline and online events: manage event communications from save the date to registration campaigns, track attendance, and create post-event reports Drive tooling and process improvements: optimize Jira workflows, explore AI opportunities, and support CRM software enhancements Deliver recommendations for continuous improvement based on data-driven insights on seller email performance with analysis and business reporting using BigQuery, Tableau, or Google Sheets. Ensure brand consistency and adherence to Back Market's tone of voice across all seller communications and channels Research best practices and put forward ideas to produce an engaging program of activities to energize our seller community. Proactively monitor relevant industry events, market trends, and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities for visibility, partnerships, and positioning. YOU’RE AT THE RIGHT PLACE IF: Looking for a 12-month apprenticeship (Master's Degree) English is a no-brainer (fully professional capability).

If you’re extra cool and speak more languages, bonus points for you! Previous internship in Operations, Sales, Growth, or Marketing is preferred You are interested in the e-commerce, marketplace, or retail environment in Europe. Prior experience with a CRM and marketing automation solutions is a big plus! You are data-driven and can run analysis and build business insights from data with excel/Gsheet You are organized and structured, you pay attention to details and have a lot of drive with a can-do / will-do attitude ABOUT THIS APPRENTICESHIP: Starting date: September/October, 2026 Duration: 1 year contract for your last year of Master (or 2 years contract for your full Master’s program) Location : Bordeaux, France MANDATORY: You must be enrolled in a French student program providing an apprenticeship contract (“contrat d’alternance”) and be authorized to study/work in France.
