The brand embodies a refined blend of French elegance, Japanese minimalism, and Italian/French artisanal craftsmanship.
As Michino continues to expand internationally, we are looking for a *motivated and entrepreneurial intern or apprentice* to support the *development of the Spanish market*.
This position offers a unique opportunity for a *native Spanish speaker from a business school* who is interested in *luxury brand development, international business, and market expansion*.
*About the Role*
You will work closely with the management team to *develop and structure the presence of Michino Paris in Spain*.
Your role will combine *business development, market research, client relations, and strategic support*.
This position provides valuable exposure to *international luxury business strategy* within a growing fashion house.
*Key Responsibilities*
_Market Development & Partnerships_
* Develop and structure the brand’s presence in the Spanish market.
* Identify and prospect new commercial partners such as boutiques, department stores, distributors, and agents.
* Support the development of strategic partnerships in Spain.
* Analyze market opportunities and contribute to business expansion strategies.
_Sales & Client Relations_
* Manage and nurture relationships with existing Spanish clients and partners.
* Support order follow-ups, sales coordination, and partner communications.
* Assist with the development of VIP client relationships.
* Ensure excellent service and brand representation.
_Market Analysis & Strategy_
* Analyze local trends, competitors, and consumer behavior in the Spanish luxury market.
* Prepare reports and insights to help refine market strategy.
* Track sales performance and support commercial objectives.
_Marketing & Brand Presence_
* Support marketing initiatives adapted to the Spanish market.
* Assist with the coordination of events, brand activations, and professional trade shows.
* Help maintain a strong and consistent brand image in Spain.
* Coordinate communication between Spanish partners and the Paris team.
*Your Profile*
* Native Spanish speaker.
* Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a *Business School* (international business, marketing, luxury management, or similar).
* Strong interest in *luxury, fashion, and international brand development*.
* Excellent communication skills in *Spanish and English* (French is a plus).
* *Strong organizational* and analytical skills.
* Entrepreneurial mindset and *proactive attitude*.
* *Ability to work in a fast-paced* international environment.
