As a Sportsbook Quality & Monitoring Agent
- Intern, you will work closely with experienced trading professionals, actively supporting the quality and consistency of our sportsbook operations while gaining hands-on experience in the dynamic world of sports betting.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the Trading team based in Labège, France, your missions will include:
Actively monitoring sportsbook websites to detect and report issues, anomalies, or potential improvements
Verifying the accuracy of labels and translations related to sports, competitions, and events
Ensuring the proper live coverage of sports events and flagging any operational disruptions
Supporting traders in the setup and maintenance of the sports betting offer
Assisting with client support communication related to trading issues
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
We’re looking for a motivated individual who is:
Passionate about sports
Genuinely interested in the sports betting industry
Strong attention to detail, rigor, and proactivity
Solid mathematical foundation
Good command of Microsoft Office tools
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Clear and effective communication skills
Willingness to work during evenings and weekends when required
