- Wings Campus . Vous rejoindrez une équipe au sein du département Airbus Leadership University en charge de développer et former les dirigeants d’aujourd’hui et de demain en proposant des solutions d'apprentissage et de développement du leadership. Ce stage consistera à soutenir la communication interne et digitale de l'Airbus Leadership University en élaborant la stratégie digitale, en gérant des événements et en assurant la production de contenu pour les dirigeants et les employés d'Airbus. Ce stage débute en Mars 2026 pour une durée de 5 mois . Ce poste nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation export control par les autorités reconnues. Tâches et responsabilités : Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes : Gérer l’organisation et le suivi d'événements pour les dirigeants et les collaborateurs. Concevoir et mettre en place une stratégie de communication digitale pour la Leadership University. Produire du contenu écrit engageant et pertinent pour les supports de communication interne. Développer les compétences en création de contenu et en gestion de projet. Compétences & Prérequis : Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau Bac+4/5 (Master ou équivalent) dans le domaine de la Communication, de la Gestion de Projet ou une discipline apparentée pour un stage d’une durée de 5 mois . Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes : Compétences techniques : Connaissance de la gestion de projet, Maîtrise des outils Google (Google Suite), Création de contenu. Soft skills : Créativité, Autonomie et esprit d'initiative, Intérêt pour le leadership et la culture d'entreprise, Excellentes compétences en communication, Organisation et résolution de problèmes. Compétences linguistiques : * Anglais : Avancé * Français : Avancé Notre processus de sélection L’ensemble des candidatures sont étudiées par un recruteur. The Airbus team will train and support your development throughout your internship period. An internship offer entitled “Internship in Communications (F/H)” has just opened within Airbus SAS at its Blagnac
- Wings Campus site. You will join a team within the Airbus Leadership University department in charge of providing development and learning solutions for the company’s current and future leaders. This internship will consist of supporting the internal and digital communication of the Airbus Leadership University by conceiving and implementing the digital strategy, managing events, and producing content for Airbus leaders and employees. This internship will start in March 2026 for a duration of 5 months . This position requires eligibility for export control clearance by recognized authorities. Tasks & Responsibilities: Under the guidance of your tutor, you will develop your skills by working on the following activities: Manage the organization and follow-up of events for leaders and employees. Conceive and implement the digital communication strategy for the Leadership University. Produce engaging and relevant written content for internal communication channels. Develop skills in content creation, event management, and project management. Skills & Prerequisites: You are preparing for a Bac+4/5 level (Master's or equivalent) degree in Communications, Project Management or a related field for a 5-month internship . You have the following knowledge and skills: Technical Skills: Knowledge of project management, Proficiency with Google tools (Google Suite), Content creation skills. Soft Skills: Creativity, Autonomy and initiative, Interest in leadership and corporate culture, Excellent communication skills, Organization and problem-solving skills.
