PROFILE
We are looking for a 6 months intern to support the PRIME central team in the strategic steering, derisking and mutualization efforts of the Program.

CONTEXT
Group CIO division has been set up in 2021 and its position towards Group and GO governance requires a certain number of programs activities to be led centrally to support the Group CIO in his role and mandate.
The PRIME Program is a joint IT and Business transformation program that aims to unlock business value by modernizing AXA core insurance application landscape hosted on the mainframe whilst minimizing the legacy platform ramp down risks.
Overall, building a future-ready technological backbone to allow the scaling of tech, data and operations to create a competitive advantage.
This Program is by far the largest business and tech transformation program ever run at AXA in terms of investments (€bns) & duration (>10 years) covering 9 entities.
It’s sponsored by two global MC members and followed directly by the Global IT Executive Committee.
The PRIME Central Team PMO trainee will be hosted within the Group CIO PRIME central team.
The PRIME central team is a lean team (around 10 FTEs) ensuring the strategic steering of the program (strategic roadmap, business case …), the derisking and the mutualization strategy (shared capabilities prioritization…) to optimize the overall program delivery.
MISSIONS
Overall coordination of the Program team efforts to secure the OTOBOSOQ* delivery:
Contribute to the maintenance of the Program roadmap and associated projects planningTrack projects execution Vs the baseline plan and key milestonesFollow Program execution KPIsContribute to the preparation of major governance meetingsConsolidate Program execution risks and associated mitigation planKnowledge Management: common principles and tooling to manage the Program documentationProgram communication plan and executionOverall financial follow-up
Ownership of specific projects with time and depending on the level of autonomy and availability, take direct ownership of some deliverables in the Program to get the opportunity deep dive more into the content.
For instance, running a study on a potential new tool / solution, the organisation of a large event, the definition of a target operating model…
The idea is to demonstrate the end-to-end ownership of some deliverables as part of the internship for future career opportunities.
