Dans le cadre de l’équipe Mainstream & Trade Brands, vous serez en charge de soutenir deux catégories de produits à l’échelle mondiale la gestion de la myopie et la presbytie.
Vous interviendrez sur différents lancements de produits, depuis l’innovation produit jusqu’au développement des packages marketing et communication pour l’activation.
Vos Responsabilités
Support en gestion de projet Accompagner la gestion des projets d’innovation, de l’idéation au lancement produit, en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes transverses pour assurer le succès du développement.Marketing & Communication Contribuer à la création des supports marketing et communication afin de garantir un lancement réussi à travers différents canaux et régions.Projets transverses & support aux régions Participer à l’amélioration des supports existants (catalogues, outils digitaux) et apporter un support aux différentes régions et pays sur leurs besoins quotidiens.
Vos Missions
Développement Produit Participer à la gestion de projet, de la stratégie d’innovation au lancement produit, en garantissant l’alignement global et le respect des délais.
Prendre des initiatives pour faire avancer les projets en collaboration avec les équipes internes et les agences externes.
Vous interviendrez sur les catégories gestion de la myopie et presbytie.Marketing & Communication Soutenir la création des campagnes marketing pour les produits innovants en collaboration avec des agences créatives internes et externes.Projets transverses Contribuer à la refonte et à la mise à jour des supports existants et à l’activation des outils digitaux.
Profil Recherché
Formation de niveau Master en cours ou en fin d’études (stage de fin d’études privilégié).Maîtrise avancée de la suite Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel).Expérience en gestion de projet, avec de solides compétences en analyse, résolution de problèmes et capacité d’adaptation.Excellentes compétences en communication, collaboration et relationnel, avec un esprit ouvert et proactif.Sens de l’organisation, autonomie et orientation résultats.Anglais courant (écrit et oral).English Version-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As part of the Mainstream & Trade Brands team, you will be responsible for supporting two key product categories at a global level myopia management and presbyopia.
You will contribute to various product launches, from product innovation to the development of marketing and communication packages for activation.
Your Responsibilities
Project Management Support Assist in managing innovation projects from concept to product launch.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to successfully develop innovations from ideation to final product.Marketing & Communication Contribute to the creation of marketing and communication packages to ensure a successful product launch across different channels and regions.Transversal Projects & Regional Support Assist the team with transversal projects, such as revamping and updating existing catalogs and supporting digital tool activation.
Provide support to different countries/regions on daily needs.
Your Missions
Product Development Participate in project management from innovation strategy to product launch, ensuring global alignment and respecting deadlines.
Take initiative to drive projects forward, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
Support both myopia management and presbyopia product categories.Marketing & Communication Assist in the development of marketing campaigns for innovative products, working closely with internal and external creative agencies.Transversal Projects Contribute to the enhancement of existing marketing materials and support the activation of digital tools.
Your Profile
Currently pursuing or holding a Master’s degree (preferably end-of-studies internship).Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint & Excel).Solid experience in project management, with strong problem-solving, analytical, and adaptability skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills with an open-minded approach.Highly organized, autonomous, and results-oriented.Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
