Position This role is attached to the Global eBusiness Department.

In that context, the Assistant to Global Digital Experience Manager will actively support the coordination, optimization, and delivery of digital initiatives across major Maisons and markets.

This role requires strong organizational skills, and collaboration to ensure best-in-class digital activations. Job Responsibilities eRetail Experience & Optimization Contribute to the design and optimization of on-site eRetail experiences across digital channels (Amazon, eB2B and more) to support brand consistency and conversion on third-party platforms.

Coordinate design servicing between Markets and Maisons, ensuring timely and accurate delivery for eRetail and online partners to support eBusiness acceleration.

Collaborate with creative teams to prepare mockups, wireframes, and landing pages aligned with brand identity and online consumers expectations.

Monitor digital journeys and on-site brand presentation, identifying areas for improvement and best practices.

Digital Experience Intelligence Assist with social, search, and on-site audits to evaluate brand visibility and performance across markets.

Support analysis of SEO/SEM and consumer sentiment data to identify optimization opportunities.

Help consolidate findings into insightful reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Support the implementation and monitoring of A/B testing campaigns, helping evaluate design, content, and user-experience variations to identify conversion drivers.

eBusiness Planning Tool Management Support the eBusiness planning process through the internal activation and content planning tool, ensuring alignment between Maisons and Markets.

Maintain and update the tool by consolidating local activations, priorities, and performance insights to ensure data accuracy and visibility.

Help drive tool adoption by assisting teams with completion, gathering feedback, and promoting best practices across entities.

Analyze collected data to produce insightful reports and dashboards that highlight priorities, touchpoint effectiveness, and content articulation.

Contribute to the coordination and creation of eBusiness newsletters, sharing key initiatives, updates, and digital learnings across the eBusiness network.

eBusiness Communications Manage the coordination, creation, and distribution of monthly and ad-hoc eBusiness newsletters.

Maintain and optimize distribution lists to ensure accurate reach and communication efficiency.

Profile Languages Fluent in English mandatory, French is a plus Education (if relevant) Last year of master’s in digital marketing, eBusiness, communications, data analytics, or related fields. Skills: Digital Interest: Passionate about digital transformation, eCommerce, and consumer experience within the luxury or FMCG industry.

Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with data and insights tools (Excel, Google Analytics, Talkwalker or similar) to identify trends and performance opportunities.

Creative Awareness: Understanding of SEO/SEM fundamentals, and digital content design.

Project Management: Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Mindset: Proactive, curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, solutions driven and delivery oriented.
