Integrated into the Finance Department in a context of growing activity and transformation at Maison GUERLAIN, you will actively participate in the daily operations of the Travel Retail Worldwide team (Asia, Europe, ME, and Americas). Job Responsibilities In this capacity, your responsibilities include: Daily monitoring: Production and analysis of the weekly portfolio for the travel retail market.

Acting as an alert system when necessary.

Monthly closings: Development and analysis of various reports for operational teams or Guerlain's finance teams.

Participation in tracking sell-out data and consolidating results from all 4 regions.

Involvement in the review of turnover (D+1) and P&L (D+4) as well as tracking expenses by nature.

Verification of data consistency across different IT systems (SAP, Orion, Syrus, etc.).

Revisions/Budgeting: Coordination of budgetary processes for the 4 Travel Retail regions.

Participation in consolidating and analyzing revised/budget data.

Contribution to the creation of WW budget presentations for Top Management.

Outlook (forecast for next 3 months' turnover): Creation of reporting for monthly Outlooks and distribution to different regions.

Consolidation of data and analysis for consistency in feedback.

Acting as an alert system when necessary.

Ad-hoc analysis: Analysis of CAPEX.

Monitoring ongoing work-in-progress items.

Participation in ad-hoc analyses and developing specific presentations for top management.

Profile As a student at the Bachelor/Master's +4/+5 level in business school or equivalent university education, program with a focus on finance, Your organizational skills enable you to manage your priorities and various tasks rigorously and simultaneously, always in a proactive and committed manner.

Naturally enthusiastic and curious, you are known for your team-working abilities, kindness, humility, good interpersonal skills, and adaptability.

You possess solid knowledge of Finance (P&L) and accounting.

You are fluent in English and proficient in Excel (graphs and formulas) and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with SAP and Essbase (Orion) is an advantage.

This internship is available starting January 2026 for a duration of 6 months.
