YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Within Group HR, you will join the Group Learning team as Learning Coordinator Intern.

What You’ll Do
Formalize the process of the learning program dedicated to the Leaders of the Group AXA
Support the participants experience (from registration to their last session, including participants nomination and stakeholder management)
Drive project management for the program (provider management, logistics for virtual sessions and offsites, budget and planning)
Support in communication deliverable design (promotion of the program & feedback plan)
YOUR PROFILE
Who You Are
You have great communication skills and feel comfortable interacting with diversity of professionals (culture, language, role, seniority level in the organization)
You have the ability the manage a project and be on top of tasks (planning, budget, deliveries follow-up)
You have strong attention to detail, and you show strong autonomy skills
Fluent in English is a must and French is a + (but not mandatory)
