🎯 Your mission
As an Operations Associate, you will work directly with our Lead Ops to support the full customer journey — from pre-sales demo to post-sale onboarding.
You’ll sit at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Delivery, playing a key role in proving value and accelerating impact for every client.
🛠What You’ll Do
Configure high-impact demosUnderstand client challenges through Sales feedback and meetingsAnalyze client datasets to pre-configure Relief with relevant use casesDesign and build convincing demo environments that show value instantlyCollaborate with Sales & Ops to refine demo strategy and increase win rate Support client onboarding & successHelp configure client environments during onboarding phasesParticipate in training sessions, and collect client feedbackMonitor usage and ensure early adoptionContribute to value tracking & client satisfaction Help scale our Ops modelCo-build internal playbooks to industrialize deploymentStandardize demo and onboarding templatesContribute to regular client communication and reporting templates
