At ODDO BHF Private Assets, you will join the Finance & Operations team.
Reporting to the Head of Fund Monitoring and the COO Private assets, your main task will be the financial monitoring of several funds of funds, and your missions will be as follows:
Valuation of portfolio assets (funds and co-investments)
Helping for validation of funds' gross and net asset values.
Helping for calculation, analysis and reporting of fund performance.
Helping for preparation of financial statements (half-yearly and annual) and management reports.
Daily monitoring of funds' financial and administrative life.
Helping for monitoring of investment vehicle cash flows and management of underlying fund flows.
Helping for respond to various investor queries
Legal monitoring of funds and structures in partnership with the Legal and Compliance team.
Helping for preparation of regulatory reporting: FATCA, AIFM, Ampère.
Project management
Process improvement / Integration of IT tools (automation of reporting, implementation and use of portfolio monitoring tools).

You will join a fast-growing department of 45 experts in the world of unlisted assets.
Within the department, as part of the Finance and Operations team, you will be at the heart of the business, contributing to its development in close collaboration with the investment, investor relations, legal and compliance teams.

Profil et compétences recherchées
You have higher education experience and initial knowledge in private equity or fund auditing is a plus.
You are interested by finance and you are at ease using EXCEL.
Interest & curiosity for the Private Assets business.
You have a strong adaptability to work with different people.
You are motivated and committed.
You are fluent in French and English.
German is a plus.
