Vous rejoindrez le UX/UR Chapter au sein de l'équipe IA Activation (Digital & IT) et vous serez rattaché(e) à un membre de l’équipe. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Mener des études de Recherche Utilisateur (UR) en interagissant avec les utilisateurs finaux. Rédiger des guides d'entretien utilisateur et préparer les observations terrain. Préparer les supports de restitution des études UR et animer des ateliers avec les différentes parties prenantes du projet. Conceptualiser des interfaces et des prototypes sur Figma et contribuer à la mise en place du design system. Participer au mentorat des profils juniors et contribuer à leur montée en compétences en travaillant sur des projets en binôme et en les accompagnant avec bienveillance. Partager votre connaissance de la méthodologie User Experience (UX) au sein du groupe Air Liquide. Effectuer une veille régulière sur les tendances en matière de design et d'ergonomie. Are you a MATCH? Vous êtes dans une école du Digital Vous maîtrisez Figma et Figjam. Votre niveau d'anglais et de français est excellent (une troisième langue est un atout). Vous êtes rigoureux, appréciez le travail d'équipe et accordez une grande importance au partage des connaissances.
