The Opportunity
Our market-leading Energy, Mining & Infrastructure teams advise domestic and international corporate, private equity and government clients on all aspects of their projects, covering the energy (renewables, hydrogen, batteries, conventional power), natural resources (oil & gas, critical minerals, precious metals) and infrastructure sectors.
The Paris team focuses on transactions primarily across the UK, Europe and the African continent, for which it has consistently achieved top-tiered rankings across all major ranking providers.
The team is split into French avocats and solicitors from Anglophone jurisdictions, bringing a real diversity of knowledge and approach to transactions.
Description:
An internship / stage in the HSF Kramer Paris Energy, Mining & Infrastructure English law team will provide you with unrivalled hands-on experience dealing primarily with English law matters and multi-jurisdictional transactions, as well as opportunities to work with our French avocats on French law matters.
The majority of our team is dual qualified in both English and French law.
We are looking for candidates that are native or near-native in English, proficient in French, hard-working, and who can demonstrate a strong interest in the energy and infrastructure sector.
Previous work experience of at least 3 months would be preferable.
Internship details:
The HSF Kramer Paris Energy & Infrastructure practice is looking to hire a full time intern (stagiaire) for the English law side of the team for the following period:
July to December 2027.
Starting dates and duration of the stage can be flexible – we will consider applications for shorter internships (with a minimum of 3 months) which can start/finish at any times during the specified semester.
