As a Product Systems Specialist Intern (m/w), you won't just be watching; you’ll be hands-on in creating the content and testing the features that improve patients’ preparation for and recovery from surgeries across Europe.

Click here to learn more. The Product Systems Specialist Intern (m/w) works within the Recon and DTS department of Zimmer Biomet.

He/ she is working in an EMEA role and primarily responsible for creating and customizing content within the Content management Systems of mymobility as well as supporting User Acceptance Testing of new features and versions. In addition, he/she is improving existing templates and processes within the Content Management Systems and preparing management reports for internal and external stakeholders. The Product Systems Specialist Intern (m/w) is working in a back-office role and supporting colleagues who are customer facing.

He/she is closely collaborating with the Solutions Architects team to drive organization and customer success metrics. How You'll Create Impact Gain hands-on experience in the software development lifecycle by assisting in UAT to ensure new features are ready for the real world Support content customization, creation and localization in different countries Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT or vendors for resolution Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of product data across systems Develop an eye for detail by managing data integrity and ensuring the accuracy of product information across our systems Maintain version control and documentation for product configurations Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency in product lifecycle processes Gather business requirements and translate them into system specifications Document system processes and create user guides or manuals Master data visualization by creating impactful reports that help management make informed decisions Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to system users What Makes You Stand Out You are able to learn new computer systems quickly and to identify workflow issues, summarize requirements and propose effective solutions. You work autonomously and understand the importance of being proactive while also reacting quickly to opportunities and problems. You demonstrate a growth mindset and strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. You have a proven competence in project management and you possess excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills in French and in English. In addition you are proficient in the use of software applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Your Background Bachelor’s degree in a technical or clinically-based field, or a quantitative, business-oriented field Experience with IT systems and/ or business process improvement (healthcare experience preferred) Additional information Internship under school agreement only.
