VMI , notre PME Industrielle basée en Vendée, est désormais une marque de Coperion – Groupe Hillenbrand.
Nous concevons, développons et assemblons des machines spéciales de mélange et de pétrissage pour le monde entier.
VMI capitalise sur son s avoir-faire en technologies de mélange et propose l’offre d’équipements la plus complète au monde pour les secteurs de la boulangerie, pâtisserie, viennoiserie ainsi que les industries de la cosmétique, pharmacie et chimie des spécialités.
Nous recherchons dans le cadre d’un STAGE (minimum 4 mois) :

Les attendus
Vous serez intégré/e dans l’équipe RH de notre site industriel et aurez une mission orientée :
- Aide au suivi et à la gestion du plan de formation (gestion du processus administratif, lien avec les prestataires, suivi des plannings…)
- Aide dans l’intégration, l’accueil et le suivi administratif des salariés
- Participation à la mise à jour des tableaux de bord RH, y compris dans notre SIRH
- Accompagnement sur les projets du service RH et du Groupe
Profil recherché
Bac+4/5 en cours en Ressources Humaines
Rigueur, autonomie, bon relationnel et plaisir du travail en équipe
Des bases en anglais seraient clairement un « plus »

Notre site industriel est situé en zone rurale et nécessitera un véhicule à disposition.
