Support project leads in the execution of strategic projects and deliver insights that shape Ipsen decisions

WHAT

Support Strategic Projects
Assist S&T Project leads in the development and execution of strategic projects (Eg.
on a product/therapeutic area, geography, …), acting as PMO
Support the team driving execution of the long-term strategic plan through tasks such as data consolidation, modeling and analysis, data quality control, …
Deliver Analytics & strategic insights
Analyze external data to provide insights on market trends, benchmark and competitors’ analyses, to support internal decision-making
Analyze internal data, prepare presentations, and draft strategic analyses
Contribute to S&T team development
Actively participate to weekly S&T team meetings
Help prepare team’s workshops and meetings
Contribute to continuous improvement of S&T Team capabilities

- Knowledge & Experience
Knowledge & Experience (essential):
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Financial analysis & Accounting
Knowledge of project management methodologies (E.g., Agile) is a plus
Mastery of PowerPoint and Excel
Knowledge & Experience (preferred):
Previous internship in consulting, strategy, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals
Education / Certifications (essential):
Business school and/or PhD and/or PharmD and/or MD
Education / Certifications (preferred):
Language(s) (essential):
Fluent in English and French
