At Ascendance we are building tomorrow’s hybrid-electric aviation with ATEA, a unique Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL) aircraft powered by STERNA, our in-house hybrid-electric propulsion system.
We focus our efforts in designing an innovative, safe, silent, clean and affordable aircraft that will be able to blend into existing infrastructures and regulations to ease its deployment and maximise social acceptance.

Description du poste
As a Strategy and Governance intern, you will be directly reporting to the Chief of Staff of the CEO.
Your main role will be to support the CEO Office on the different tasks that it will be working on during the duration of the internship.
This will include analysis to support the definition and implementation of the company strategy in addition to organizational activities to ensure continued proper internal governance of the company.
Your role will require collaboration and coordination with the Executive Committee and Company Direction.
Your main responsibilities will be:
At Company Strategy Level:
Supporting the development of the Company Business Plan
Researching, mapping and assessing public funding opportunities for the company (and support the redaction of funding requests)
Researching, mapping and assessing private investment opportunities for the company
Support the analysis of the international landscape and the definition of an internationalization strategy of the company
At Company Governance Level:
Organization of the different meeting platforms in which the CEO takes part: Executive Committee meetings, Project Review Meetings, etc.
Ensure proper execution of the company governance processes by all the concerned persons

Full scale testbenches are ongoing while full scale aircraft development is running at full speed.

Are an Engineering or Business student looking for a 6 Month internship
