Founded in 1978, Filorga Laboratories are pioneers in the field of aesthetic medicine and specialists in anti-aging injectable solutions. Committed to offering comprehensive care for skin aging, in 2007 they launched a range of dermo-cosmetics directly derived from aesthetic medicine. Since 2019, FILORGA has been part of the Colgate-Palmolive Group. The ADV France team is looking for a new intern to start in July 2026 and work until the end of December 2026. What does this internship involve? Under the coordination of the Sales Administration Manager for France, you will be integrated into the Sales Administration team's rotation schedule, covering all of its tasks: Managing the O2I (Order to Invoice) flow: ensuring that orders are processed correctly to guarantee optimal customer service (compliance with deadlines, references, and quantities) Monitoring compliance with commercial terms and conditions Day-to-day management with the sales teams Administrative management: administration of the CRM tool, management of customer databases, verification and validation of point-of-sale incentives, listing of new products and reporting of sales figures to retailers, issuing of credit notes Working closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, Trade Marketing, Customer Service and, of course, the Sales Department, this internship will allow you to discover a wide range of processes. Depending on your ability to work independently and perform quickly, other topics may be addressed and explored. Required skills for this position: Bachelor's degree (university/business school/IAE) Curiosity, rigor, organization, and autonomy Good command of IT tools (Microsoft Office, Google tools—knowledge of ERP would be a plus) We will enable you to...
