*Internship overview*
The Travel & Concierge Agent intern works hand in hand with our Senior Travel Agents at Monte Carlo Travel Agency _(Platinium Group)_ to develop turnkey travel experiences.
He/she will support the team and be in regular contact with various international providers.
He/she will help build a wide range of travel products, including designing itineraries, selecting points of interest, choosing hotels, and arranging transportation.
He/she will also act as a Travel Angel for clients, assisting them before, during, and after their trip.
*Main tasks & responsibilities*
* Follow up with clients via email, WhatsApp, and phone
* Communication and client relations
* Marketing tasks, including social media
* Negotiations with suppliers
* Creating offers on Canva
* Administrative tasks: boarding passes, booking meetings, managing calendars
* Handling incoming phone calls
*Requirements*
* Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
* Autonomous, with strong business acumen to negotiate rates and benefits
* Fluency in French and English is required; additional languages are an asset
* Knowledge of the Amadeus reservation system is a plus
* Strong attention to detail
* Organized and proactive
* Strong phone sales skills in English
* Flexibility and versatility
