YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU As a Visual Merchandising Assistant Intern, you will support the VM team across Retail and Wholesale activities, ensuring brand consistency and high visual standards in stores, showrooms and wholesale partners. You will work closely with the VM, Retail, Wholesale and Creative teams and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international fashion environment. This position is based in Paris. Retail VM Support the creation and rollout of seasonal VM guidelines in stores Assist with seasonal launches and VM refreshes Prepare VM tools and materials (guidelines, visuals, photo reports) Support store openings, refurbishments and special projects when relevant Wholesale VM Assist with showroom set-ups ( supporting showroom preparation, assisting VM installation and visual merchandising) Support VM execution for key wholesale partners and department stores Help prepare VM tools and materials for wholesale accounts (guidelines, visuals, photo reports) Collect visual feedback from partners and support follow-ups Cross-functional Assist with administrative and coordination tasks related to VM projects Work closely with Retail, Wholesale, Merch and Creative teams MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS Currently enrolled in a fashion, visual merchandising, or design-related program Strong interest in fashion, retail, wholesale and brand experience Good visual sensitivity and understanding of space, product and storytelling Well organised, proactive and detail-oriented Comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment Fluent in English (French is a plus) Confident with Google Platform (Google Slides, Google Excel, google doc); Adobe tools are a plus THE GANNI WAY We are looking for a true GANNI ambassador
