Talent Development is a big part of Datadog, and we invest heavily in the advancement of our employees. We have a full slate of in-house programs ranging from onboarding for new Datadogs, to manager development, career growth workshops, E-learning opportunities, as well as our global Learning Week, a full week where workshops of all topics are offered live to employees. Each department also has team-specific training and enablement experts to ensure that they can reach their full potential, and beyond, with us here at Datadog.
