« There are two key things that do not appear in a company’s balance sheet – its reputation and its people. For that reason, the way we do business is just as important as what we do and the reason we do it (why and how). Our capacity to give our employees’ work a sense of purpose must always be based on the respect of our Values.
Therefore, we worked with the management team to develop a number of working principles towards a new company culture to drive our practices. The company has to be in an investment position but it’s also every employee that has to be committed in order to reach together our objectives. Our company’s success of tomorrow will lie in our ability to create a perfect alignment between strategy, organization and corporate culture.
